Design Notes

This part contains an additional BamHI restriction site at beginning of PotB59-PomA sequence and a XhoI restriction site at the end. Between the PotB59 and PomA protein coding regions there is a ribosome reinitiation spacer followed by an RBS, in order to synthesize two seperate proteins as one polycistronic mRNA.
